Short Term Project Services like a forensic books review, a clean-up/catch-up, or custom consulting and coaching are contracted loosely based on what the client shares during a required initial consultation. Cleanups and catchups are contracted at a minimum of five billable hours, at which point an estimated cost for remaining services required to complete the project will be provided to the client. All other contracted services are billable by hour. Hourly rate for all services is $100/hour.

Long Term Bookkeeping & Consulting Services are available to clients who want to switch to a fixed monthly price for services, following at least one quarter of contracted services with Dirigo. Clients may retain hourly billing, if desired. Long Term Bookkeeping & Consulting Services Clients are also eligible to pay their QuickBooks Online subscriptions through Dirigo Bookkeeping and take advantage of any vendor special pricing that is made available to QuickBooks Pro-Advisors.

Payroll is available for existing Bookkeeping & Consulting Clients. Dirigo Bookkeeping does not offer payroll as a stand alone service.​

A retainer fee not to exceed $250/month is required prior to services being rendered. Fee rate is dependent upon the size of business and complexity of services required.

My name is Matthew Carter.
Some describe what I do as holistic bookkeeping. Probably because there is so much more to running a successful business than just the numbers and the to-do's.
And since all businesses have a set of books, I let that be the starting point for our conversation. I learn about what makes your business unique. What's working and what's not. And then we get to work. Together.
